Job Description:
Searching for a talented and motivated individual to coordinate and dispatch our team of technicians and take care of our customers. This position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented and able to work as a team member in a past paced environment to ensure superior service to all our customer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed
- Schedule return trips with customer when parts are in
- Maintain customer database with current information
- Clear and concise communication with department manger, employes and company customers, including keeping customers appraised of company schedule and lead times.
- Prepare service invoices and time cards for processing
- Provide customer with maintenance agreement information and pricing
Requirements:
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Advanced customer service skills
- Organized
- Ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, email and internet
- Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required
