Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking for a Receptionist who can immediately join our headquarters in Anaheim, California. Work full-time in our professional office environment (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm). Skills desired include the following: ability to handle multiple phone lines, excellent verbal and written communication skills, friendly + outgoing personality in order to give a great first impression, high level of computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Outlook), highly detailed and organized, must be a team player.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Handle all phone calls into the company.
- Greet all visitors to the building.
- Process incoming mail/deliveries.
- Data entry.
- Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
