Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking for a motivated entry-level Payroll Clerk who can immediately join our Accounting Department at our headquarters in Anaheim, California.  This is a full-time position in a professional office environment (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).  Needed skills:  Microsoft Office, 10-key by touch, pleasant/professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities include the following:

  1. Payroll.
  2. Scanning/indexing.
  3. Office Supplies.
  4. General office duties.
  5. Answering phones.
  6. Report directly to Payroll Manager.
  7. Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
  8. Other duties as assigned.
