Job Description:

  • If you have the most enthusiastic attitude, friendly voice, and a great desire to treat your customers with the highest regard then you are the person we want.
  • Provide excellent customer service, take incoming customer calls from home, and scheduling appointments. 

 

Job Duties:

  • Scheduling incoming service appointments.
  • Days and hours are negotiable. Our preference would be M-F 7:30 am to 1:00 pm and possibly fill in when we have other office staff off.
  • All equipment provided by Danboise.

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent telephone voice.
  • Great attitude and work ethic.
  • Experience a plus, but we are willing to train those that exude great natural ability to provide wonderful customer service over the phone and to co-workers.
  • Dependable and available to take additional shifts when requested.
