Has an open position for Service Manager

Duties Include:

Manage, Supervise and Train Field Technical Sales Staff

Report to Operations Manager

Plan and execute training sessions

Perform individual coaching sessions with sales personnel

Track performance statistics to focus on training needs

Perform administrative tasks to monitor and prepare field sales staff

Requirements:

5 plus years leadership experience

5 plus years sales training

Proficient computer skills

Exposure to Systematized sales and training Process

In Home Service plumbing or hvac sales preferred
