Page Mechanical Group, Inc., a successful and established mechanical contractor, is seeking qualified Insulators with a background in HVAC commercial work, to add to its growing team.   This position is a long term, full time employment opportunity for the right qualified candidate. 

The Insulator is responsible to apply insulating material to exposed surfaces of mechanical equipment such as boilers, tanks, chillers, pumps, as well as materials including air ducts, and piping that range from Schedule 40 Black Steel to Copper.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with tools to complete installation of all aspects of insulation
• Determine sequence of installations by reading plans and working drawings
• Meet specific daily production requirements

Qualification Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability to perform this job successfully. 

• Vocational preparation acquired in school, work, military, institutional, or vocational environment; 2 years work experience in Commercial HVAC insulation or combination training/work experience
• Knowledge in the installation of arm-a-flex, fiberglass and foam glass
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Competence in basic mathematics
• Good verbal communication skills
• Team oriented with the ability to work well and communicate with others
• Neat, professional appearance
• Clean criminal background
