Heritage Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical has been serving communities in New Hampshire for almost 30 years! We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical systems for homeowners. Our purpose here at Heritage, is to honor people and innovate our industry. Today, Heritage has over 50 technicians and 25 office staff members that will serve over 25,000 customers this year!

We want the same thing for you. 29 years ago, two brothers started Heritage in pursuit of providing a better life for their families so they sought out to find what customers want out of a residential service company. After years of surveys and data, we found that customers want fast/timely service, they want the job done right, and they want friendly knowledgeable experts. We now have a model that provides all three service levels, and guess what? Customers are willing to pay a fair price to receive a higher level of service. This means we are able to charge what is necessary to provide top employment, benefits, and pay to our much deserving employees.

• Earn $30 - $45 per hour as a Residential Electrician with the opportunity to earn $500 - $2,000 monthly in bonus pay above and beyond your hourly rate.
• Participate in our profit sharing program, earn 5-10% of your annual salary towards your retirement and 401k. We know how important retirement is, and we want all of our team members to retire comfortable when that time comes. We intentionally set aside company profit towards this program. We also offer a 401k plan with company match above and beyond the profit sharing program.

• Take your company vehicle home each day. Our technicians love this benefit, it allows them the ability to save on gas, car payments, and personal vehicle expenses.
• Don’t worry about the wear and tear expense of tools and clothing. We’ve got that covered. We have a tool allowance program where we supply money for the upgrading and replacement of needed tools throughout the year. We also supply company uniforms that are laundered free of charge, as well as a boot allowance for the replacement of your personal work boots.
