Control Air Conditioning Corporation is looking for an entry-level Administrative Clerk who can immediately join our Accounting Department at our headquarters in Anaheim, California.  Work full-time in our professional office environment (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

  1. Recording documents
  2. Creating & updating databases.
  3. Filing & sorting.
  4. Photocopying.
  5. Scanning documents.
  6. Heavy data-entry.
  7. Research and reconcile invoices.
  8. Assist in data collection and printing of general reports.
  9. Obtain lien releases
  10. Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.

Required Characteristics:

  1. Basic accounting skills required.
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  3. Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  4. Detail oriented.
  5. Strong work ethic + problem-solver.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills + team player.
  7. Excellent communicator - both verbal & written.
  8. Friendly, helpful & dependable.
  9. Professional & courteous telephone manner.
  10. Flexible & able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  11. Self-motivated, trustworthy & reliable.
