Job Responsibilities: Selected candidate will support the VRF/Ductless Sales Engineers, Commercial Sales Engineers, Territory Managers, Business Developers, and the region’s sales support force by providing technical support to mechanical contractors, engineers, architects, and owners. This includes, but is not limited to, preparation of quotations, responding to customer purchase orders by checking inventory and placing orders with our onsite order department, preparation of specification for submission to the installing HVAC contractor, general contractor, consulting engineer and building owner, product application support for our commercial and residential customers and responding to customer inquiries. The Inside Sales Engineer (ISE) is the primary backup for all outside sales personnel and plays an integral role in increasing volume with their existing accounts. He / she will also be the primary point of contact for all our VRF/ductless and commercial ancillary products. The ISE will be the product expert on the VRF and Ductless products and will be responsible for all quotations, project design/re-design, and submittals to our Sales Engineers and residential Account Managers.
Education: High School Diploma with 10-15+ years’ HVAC field experience and strong basic Mathematics and Science skills, and exceptional Microsoft Office skills or AA/AS degree with 5-10+ years’ HVAC experience or BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field
