Job Summary

Responsible for completion of service, installation, warranty, and PMA work per customer/office request or scheduled contract terms. Including, but not limited to; proper, timely paperwork completion (tech tool), coordination with customer and office on specific scheduling / job needs, effective diagnostic/troubleshooting, and securing of parts / materials when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales Department and Operations Manager to ensure timely, profitable and complete installations
  • Review scope of work and required materials for each job
  • Ensure truck is stocked with materials required for installations
  • Ensure pictures are taken prior to and after the installation
  • Replacement of roof top units up to 10 tons
  • Mini splits
  • Duct work installations

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline-oriented.
  • Ability to interact effectively with General Contractors, Labor Subcontractors, Commercial Clients, and internal Bardi personnel at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid reputation of highest integrity and excellent work ethic.
  • Valid Driver’s License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI’s in previous 7 years.
  • Must pass criminal background, credit check and drug screen in accordance with the Drug Free Work Zone requirements.

Education and/or Experience

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in HVAC Industry.  An equivalent or combination of education (Technical School) and experience is an acceptable substitute; however, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Daikin and Samsung experience a plus

Computer Skills

  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
  • Proficient in using the Internet to research information, as well as use MS Outlook; MS Excel and MS Word

Certifications

  • EPA
  • NATE Certification a plus!
