Job Description
Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Property Assistant working out of our Minneapolis location on-site in Eden Prairie, MN.
We are seeking a motivated individual to provide administrative support to real estate management operations. The candidate will solicit vendor proposals and prepare contracts, generate monthly client reports; process invoices for approval; maintain tenant and vendor insurance compliance; track tenant sales; maintain lease and property files and electronic file management; research market reports; assist with the electronic budgeting process; provide back up for the maintenance line team and assist the properties team with various special projects.
Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent understanding and skills in Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel and attention to detail is a must. A minimum of 2 years administrative experience is required; experience in real estate management is preferred. Must be willing to travel to the Eden Prairie area.
