Heritage Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric has been serving communities in New Hampshire for almost 30 years! Heritage focuses on service, repair, and replacement of Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical systems specifically for homeowners. Today, Heritage has 50 technicians and 20 office staff members that will serve over 20,000 customers this year in Southern and Central New Hampshire communities.

We have opened a new Massachusetts branch and are looking to partner with professional, customer-oriented service individuals to help serve our expanding customer base.  Qualifications:

• You can pass a drug test and a background check
• You have a valid driver’s license and no convictions or license suspensions within the last 5 years
• You have an entrepreneur spirit – you like taking initiative and ownership of your career and personal development and can work independently.
• You enjoy serving others – you like helping and working with others.
• You have excellent communication skills – you like sharing your knowledge and helping people make the best informed decisions.
• You are team oriented – you like working with a team to solve problems.
• You enjoy working with your hands – can easily take instructions and direction and apply to mechanical systems.
• You have a flexible schedule and are able to be on-call and work after normal business hours if needed.

 Responsibilities:

• Maintaining our high customer service satisfaction guarantees
• Servicing 3-4 customers per day by cleaning and maintaining their hvac systems
• Providing preventative maintenance options to customers
• Thoroughly checking the entire hvac system and components to ensure peace of mind and safety
• Help manage and maintain truck inventory
• Collect payment at the time of service
• Effectively and accurately operate software systems, tablet and phone are used daily for every service call. We are paper free, all work is completed via phone tablet.
