Heritage Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical has been serving communities in New Hampshire for almost 30 years! Heritage focuses on service, repair, and replacement of Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical systems specifically for homeowners. Today, Heritage has 50 technicians and 20 office staff members that will serve over 20,000 customers this year in New Hampshire communities.

Qualifications:

  • You can pass a drug test and a background check

  • You have a valid drivers license

  • You have an entrepreneur spirit – you like taking initiative and ownership of your career and personal development and can work independently.

  • You have excellent communication skills – you like sharing your knowledge and helping people make the best informed decisions.

  • You have a flexible schedule and are able to be on-call and work after normal business hours if needed.

  • You are able to multi-task, effectively manage different scenarios, and be a quick thinker.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining our high customer service satisfaction guarantees

  • Serving 100 + customers a day by handling incoming phone calls from external customers and internal field technicians.

  • Assigning and qualifying customer appointments to field technicians based on skill and location

  • Answer all customer and technician inquiries in a timely fashion

  • Schedule continuation and follow up appointments efficiently.

  • Effectively and accurately operate client management system.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 10:30am-7pm

  • On-call rotation required - Must be available 1 night a week to handle customer emergency calls.
