Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Site Specialist serving out of our Minneapolis, MN office.

This position will be part of a dynamic team, working with Field Managers, Project Managers, Developers and Geotechnical Engineers to help turn clients’ dreams into reality. We are looking for someone who can add to our collaborative culture.

Responsibilities include supporting Field and Project Managers, managing subcontractor relationships, aid in developing job schedules, risk aversion, and develop scope documents. The Site Specialist will also assist design staff with site balance, interpret soil reports to maximize efficiency of site design and advise Developers prior to acquiring land.

This position requires a Bachelors degree in Geotechnical/Soil/Civil Engineering or related degree and 10+ years’ experience in civil sitework construction. This individual must be deliberate, analytical, and focused to excel in this position. They should also possess strong communication skills, be organized, highly motivated and demonstrate self-confidence and initiative.

This position requires 30% nationwide travel.
