Job Description/Responsibilities

• Manage cost, billings and collections. Complete billing in a timely and accurate format.
• Oversee and manage all project details to include but not limited to staffing, materials, scheduling, projections and related areas.
• Manage the selection, ordering and delivery schedules of materials.
• Negotiate, prepare and issues subcontracts.
• Review specifications, drawings, blue prints, schematics and other documents.
• Review contracts for scope, detail and requirements.
• Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customer and subcontractors.
• Attend internal and external job review meetings and provide input.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Minimum of 3 years project manager experience
• Ability to pass criminal background check (including driving record)
• Must have clean and neat appearance
• Ability to operate and understand common diagnostic hand tools utilized for HVAC testing and repair
