SUMMARY:
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
Leading a sales team, managing daily operations, and promoting sales of our products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors. Provide superior customer service to our customers. Maintain store sales performance, cost controls, inventory control, and business strategy to include P&L. Will develop his/her staff, new business and assets, and provide HVAC technical support if needed. Must be an extroverted leader who can inspire a multi-location team of people and good process managers to analyze results and identify ways to improve process and procedures. One that will effectively driving change and standardizing on world class processes. Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety requirements. HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs desired, but not required. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Education
AA/AS degree in management or related field required.
