Job Description:

Our ideal candidate would be knowledge in our industry have a high level of overall experience in the mechanical construction industry in aspects of light industrial, commercial and residential application. Be an experienced field supervisor with a proven record of working with multiple employees, clients and departmental managers, have strong time management skills, the ability to multi-task.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach assigned co-workers. Provide sufficient knowledge, skills, training, and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and a positive, productive work environment consistent with company goals and objectives
• Follow defined installation procedures for HVAC/R equipment according to company instructions/policy, manufacturer installation instructions, and salesperson notes
• Identify current and potential problems during the installation that might affect current or future performance
• Complete necessary paperwork: daily reports, AWA’s, and RFI’s
• Ability to read blue prints and other diagrams
• Order material and equipment as necessary to meet project schedules Invoice all service calls and obtain signature
• Provide Quality Control functions and review project(s) to ensure customer satisfaction and system performance are being obtained.
• Work with management, providing them assistance and direction in all facets of project management and field supervision.
• Perform on-site reviews with clients and field personnel alike.
  Keep entire work area neat and organized and free of debris to ensure safe work environment.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent or tenured experience
• Graduated from an approved HVACR program or equivalent experience

Preferred:

• NATE certified: Core Service, A/C or Gas heat & Air Distribution Service
• Universal CFC certified
