CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Marketing Manager
FANUC America Corporation provides the most complete range of industry-leading robotics, CNC and motion control systems, and ROBODRILL machining centers. Our innovative technologies and proven expertise help manufacturers in the Americas to be more efficient, reliable and profitable. FANUC America is currently searching for a Marketing Manager in our Marketing group to join our team. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop, manage, and maintain corporate marketing strategies to meet the organizational objectives. Oversee the management of all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the three FANUC America product groups, Robotics, FA Motion Controls and ROBOMACHINE.
- Trade show planning and support including lead generation strategies
- Media/public relations including building and maintaining strong relationships with media resources
- Oversee the creations of external and internal communications programs
- Ensure marketing focuses on customer relationships (internal and external) and sales initiatives
- Demonstrate creative thinking as it relates to effective marketing.
- Working knowledge of design/layout process
- Strategic and digital marketing of the company (Website, Social Media, Online Ads, Video, etc.)
- Oversee and manage the company brand or image as it relates to consistency of logo, presentation in marketing collateral materials, external web site, etc.
- Oversee the development of all marketing collateral materials, designed to meet the company’s brand identity standards
- Oversee and manage all advertising (online, print, directories, radio, TV, etc.)
- Daily management/mentoring of marketing staff to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies, training of the marketing staff, as well as annual evaluations
Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or public relations, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum fifteen years of experience in a marketing or communications and/or public relations field
- B2B marketing experience preferred
- Must also be able to travel to trade shows.
- Ability to develop marketing plans and strategies, and communicate desired product changes to senior management
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Website Content Management Systems
- Management of external advertising/PR companies
- Ability to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as customers, prospects and vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Relationships with national media
- Ability to develop, prepare, and deliver effective proposals and presentations
