JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager

COMPENSATION: $14 - $16 per hour

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE: 1+ Year required

We are searching for Customer Care professionals who will serve as ambassadors to our clients, provide positive superior customer service in a family oriented, fun filled, state of the art call center environment. Must be available for Full-time PM shift with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for handling all incoming and outbound client calls relating to service, maintenance and installation appointments
• Quickly analyze account history and provide accurate information to assist in one-call resolution
• Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining good attendance and dependability
• Show courtesy and professionalism on all calls to ensure a positive customer experience
• Strong customer service orientation with active listening skills and a high attention to detail

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have 1+ year of experience in a Call Center environment (Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical service industry a plus)

• Must be able to multi task in a fast-paced client-centric environment
• Previous experience using the ESC (Desco) Service software platform and or Service Titan is a plus

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Works well in a team environment
• Professional verbal and written skills
• Intermediate computer skills
