This position is responsible for the management and support of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database system (SharePoint). The position is expected to serve as the internal hub for content management and dissemination as it relates to the Estimating and Marketing departments.  Will also assist with subcontractor or bid day outreach and various administrative functions for the departments.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizes and maintains the organizational content in the CRM database.
  • Responsible for monitoring data integrity of the database.
  • Analyze and resolve CRM issues.
  • Classifies, archives, tags and catalogs files, photos, drawings, etc.
  • Implements new or improved storage and retrieval systems.
  • Responds to various information requests from staff and provides timely delivery of information.
  • Periodically audits current system to ensure it meets corporate business development objectives.
  • Manages the development of custom reports and dashboard tools to improve communication techniques.
  • Monitors database standards to maintain the integrity of the system.
  • Trains new employees on database system and organizational structure of files.
  • Coordinates the deletion of files to eliminate duplicates and incorrect information.
  • Assist with subcontractor and bid day outreach.
  • Delivers bids and packages to various vendors and subcontractors.
  • Supports Estimating and Marketing departments’ administrative functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required. AA degree in computer science, business or related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of construction experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office products is required
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically
  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Functions effectively as part of a team
  • Takes initiative and makes professional, educated and sensible decisions

  

WORK ENVIRONMENT/JOB CONDITIONS

This job may be performed in the office or on the jobsite and requires frequent sitting (often working on a computer), frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.  Due to computer usage, there may be repetitive motions of the hands and wrists.  He/she must be able to navigate the jobsite and is expected to be able to comply with all safety regulations in the office and on the jobsite.
