Optimum Energy Design Inc. is a growing design firm and is looking to hire an organized, timely, and respectful HVAC/Plumbing AutoCAD/REVIT Designer. 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Set-up drawings and models as required

  • Create blocks/families as required for design

  • Layout commercial HVAC and/or Plumbing systems

  • HVAC & Plumbing Design preferred

  • Coordination with architect and other disciplines

  • Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Characteristics:

  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD (REVIT not required, but a big plus).

  • Strong conceptual (3-D) skills needed.

  • Must have a strong work ethic and a “can-do” problem solving attitude.

  • Must be an excellent listener and communicator.

  • Must have current/valid California driver’s license.
