All Route Delivery Drivers (Truck Drivers) must:

  • have a Valid Class A CDL and Medical Card
  • have a clean DMV printout (2 or less points)
  • have their Doubles endorsement within 90 days of hire
  • be at least of 21 years of age
  • have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple notes in English
  • have basic math skills
  • have coachable listening, communication and interpersonal skills

The Route Delivery Driver is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of product to the customer and the accurate pick up and safe handling of backhauls. This job requires the safe operation of company provided equipment and is considered SAFETY SENSITIVE.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Supports and promotes the mission, vision, and values of the company.
  • Follows all DOT regulations, departmental procedures and company policies, including attendance.
  • Drives tractor-trailer combinations to deliver product to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Dates, stocks, and rotates product upon delivery.
  • Interacts appropriately with onboard computer system.
  • Meets or exceeds company productivity standards.
  • Observes safety and security procedures, demonstrates safe behavior at all times.
