Full-Time Industrial Lift Supervisor

Minimum Experience Desired: 3-5 years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
Salary Range: Based on Experience
Overtime Available
Must be Authorized to Work in the US

 

Job Opportunity

PMI Lift Division is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to oversee the installation of man lift towers in industrial/agricultural settings. Through close attention to PMI’s core values of Safety, Quality and Integrity, the Lift Install Superintendent will:

  • Know and apply all relevant OSHA, PMI and customer safety policies, procedures and practices
  • Manage and develop crew members
  • Oversee subcontractors
  • Champion Safety: Know and apply all relevant OSHA, PMI and customer safety policies/practices
  • Complete daily field reports and timesheets electronically
  • Properly rig loads and oversee crane operator
  • Operate equipment such as winch, fork lift, cable climber and aerial boom lift.
  • Set up and operate a variety of power tools
  • Read blue prints and layout projects
  • Routinely send digital photos of project’s progress

 

Qualifications/Competencies Desired

  • 3-5 years of working as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Able to travel for projects (Typical shift is 10 days on with 4 days off)
  • Valid Driver’s License and Pre-Employment Drug Screen required
  • Basic Computer Skills
