Full-Time Industrial Lift Supervisor
Minimum Experience Desired: 3-5 years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
Salary Range: Based on Experience

PMI Lift Division is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to oversee the installation of man lift towers in industrial/agricultural settings. Through close attention to PMI’s core values of Safety, Quality and Integrity, the Lift Install Superintendent will:
- Know and apply all relevant OSHA, PMI and customer safety policies, procedures and practices
- Manage and develop crew members
- Oversee subcontractors
- Champion Safety: Know and apply all relevant OSHA, PMI and customer safety policies/practices
- Complete daily field reports and timesheets electronically
- Properly rig loads and oversee crane operator
- Operate equipment such as winch, fork lift, cable climber and aerial boom lift.
- Set up and operate a variety of power tools
- Read blue prints and layout projects
- Routinely send digital photos of project’s progress
Qualifications/Competencies Desired
- 3-5 years of working as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
- Able to lift 75 lbs.
- Able to travel for projects (Typical shift is 10 days on with 4 days off)
- Valid Driver’s License and Pre-Employment Drug Screen required
- Basic Computer Skills
