Cal Pac Painting was founded in California in 1971 and expanded to the Las Vegas valley in 1991 for residential and commercial painting.  We are locally owned and operated and have excellent relationships with our partners as well as our employees.  We operate by the book, but work together as a family. We have won numerous awards both from our customers, many of the local charity organizations we support and many of the contracting affiliations we are a part of.  We have very little turn over – many employees have been with us 18+ years in some areas.  We work hard and we play hard!

Accounts Receivable

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up job contracts
  • Data entry
  • Verify pricing of contracts
  • Maintain/order Insurance Certificates
  • Track home options
  • Prepare proposals
  • Follow-up on AR collections
  • Email correspondence with builders
  • Check material pricing
  • Cross train in all departments
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Answer phones 

Job Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Hyphen Solutions (a.k.a Supply Pro)
  • Independent follow through
  • Must be a team player & self-starter
  • This position requires the capability to multi-task at fast pace
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to speak, read and write Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Foundation Software knowledge is preferred
  • AIA Billing experience is preferred
