What do we need at iSqFt?
This position requires a highly engaged, detail oriented individual with experience in manipulating large amounts of data, summarizing findings and communicating results. The Customer Success Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer metrics that support retention performance and decision making. This individual will be expected to generate timely and accurate reporting on a monthly basis and as needed. Depending on specific area of assignment, the position may have multiple reporting responsibilities to Manager, Customer Success Managers and another Executive Leadership Team (ELT) member.
What will you do?
- Support daily, weekly and monthly reporting, such as customer retention metrics, customer default patterns, compensation planning
- Provide Ad hoc on demand analysis combining multiple data sources using Excel or other tools as necessary
- Work with customer success team members to provide analytical support, as well as some cross functional requests
- Ability to simplify and manage large amounts of data from different systems and to determine the best tools to manage the process
- Ability to cross-reference multiple variables and data sources
- Elevate matters of significance to the Manager, Financial Analytics for guidance.
- Other projects as directed
What skills and experience do you need to be successful in this role?
- A Bachelor's in Statistics, Math, Accounting, Finance or related field
- Ability to objectively analyze and interpret quantitative & qualitative information
- Strong Excel Competency: Minimum requirement of if/then logic with lookup tables and multiple variables (VBA a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple requests and resources with differing data needs
- Ability to articulate complex information to broad audience
- Ability to design, document, and refine processes as needed
