Software Support Analyst, Software Support Team
Dexter + Chaney's Software Support Team ("SST") is a team of CPAs and accounting professionals who provide customer services to Dexter + Chaney customers using Spectrum® Construction Software ("Spectrum"). Our SST is looking for an experienced software support analyst to join our team. Spectrum is a leading enterprise software product used by the construction industry for business and operations management.
Responsibilities Include:
As a Software Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering quality customer service to Dexter + Chaney customers using Spectrum. You will be a point of contact for customers in resolving questions and issues faced while using Spectrum, manage day-to--day contact with customers, and work on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experienced accounting professional with practical experience and knowledge of accounting practices.
- Proven dedication to quality customer service.
- Superior verbal and written communications skills and able to work effectively with customers, vendors, peers and management.
- Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
- Experience working with other accounting software packages.
- Construction accounting experience is a plus.
- Self-starting individual with strong customer relationship skills and high personal standards of performance
- Team orientated with a positive, collaborative attitude
- US work eligibility is required
