Driving Construction into the 21st Century, Multivista builds Interactive, Photographic based As-Builts for clients around the world and we need to add to our local team in Iowa. In 2015, the Iowa team was responsible to document & capture over $2.5 Billion Dollars of construction on over 100 job-sites in the state. Quality control, real-time project management, more efficient and effective communication, greater transparency and long term building management are just a handful of the reasons Multivista has been a part of more then 42,000 projects in North America in just 10 years.
Multivista is seeking experienced construction & operations personnel within the state of Iowa, specifically the Des Moines metro area. The majority of work will be focused in the central and western portion of the state.
As a member of the Multivista team, your duties may include:
*Visiting multiple construction projects per day to capture photographic documentation, videography & managing webcams
*Directly assisting the Operations Manager
*Very independent role
*Coordinating with third-party project personnel
*Managing dynamic project schedules
*Flying our drone to capture aerial photographs
Desired Work History:
*The typical candidate is a current or former field superintendent, foreman, skilled labor or in a civil trade
*Exceptional organizational and time management skills
*Knowledge of construction terminology
*Ability to read and discern blueprints and construction drawings
*Photography experience preferable, but not necessary
*Career-oriented team player
*Ability to work independently
*Very detailed oriented
*Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
*Must have a drivers licence, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record
