Supervisor: Sr. Director of Finance and Operations

Salary Range: $10-$12 per hour; To Be Determined Based Upon Experience

The primary functions of the Administrative Assistant are related to general office administration. Duties include serving as the receptionist; data entry for plan room and other data bases; and processing project documents.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Minimum:
    • High school diploma or GED certification

Experience

  • Minimum:
    • Demonstrated experience in an office environment
  • Additionally Helpful:
    • Experience in the construction industry with knowledge of the bidding process

Licenses, Certificates, Registrations

  • Minimum:
    • Valid Idaho driver’s license

General Competencies

  • Minimum:
    • Working knowledge of current versions of MS Windows operating systems: MS Office Suite specifically Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
    • Working knowledge of computer graphics and file formats (i.e. pdf, tiff, jpeg)
    • Experience with data entry and database management
    • The ability to work independently in a professional team environment
    • Willingness to train on new equipment and software systems
  • Additionally Helpful:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
    • Demonstrated ability to manage time, set priorities, and multi-task

Job Specifications:

  • Ability to lift and handle up to 50lbs
  • Ability to perform duties while standing, sitting, bending, and kneeling
  • Ability to visually review construction plans and documents
  • Ability to work weekdays between the hours of 8am and 5pm
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary
