Regional Sales Manager - Capital Equipment & Service

We are looking for outstanding sales people to join our successful company!

Precision AirConvey is one of the most highly recognized, top quality companies in our niche market.  We provide manufacturing of capital equipment to companies in the food and consumer packaging industry.  Many of our clients are well known brands with strong name recognition.  We have a stellar reputation within our niche, an extensive installed base of satisfied clients, and a high level of business opportunities that exceeds our current team’s capacity.
    
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a consultative sales environment.   Candidate must view sales as their profession and be highly committed with a high degree of money motivation. Candidate will service and grow an existing client base as well as prospect for new opportunities.   Must demonstrate the ability to create new opportunities as well as respond to our lead generation program and take the client through our proven sales process.  A strong sense of urgency is required to be successful in this position.

Previous business to business experience required with strong attention to detail.  Professional appearance and behavior along with a mechanical aptitude to grasp technical data are required.  College degree is preferable although not required. Candidate should be familiar with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft office suite.  

We are an entrepreneurial company, experiencing strong growth and are viewed as the leader in our industry.  We have an extensive training program for our sales team which includes an ongoing, highly successful Sales Training Program.  

Our package includes a base salary plus commission, first year income potential of ~$75K. Second year opportunity can exceed $100K. There is no limit on the commission you can earn!  We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc.
