We currently have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Specialist (temporary position) to join our growing organization in our Fargo, ND office.  The primary responsibilities of a Warehouse Specialist include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving: Receive all tool, material, and miscellaneous deliveries at loading docks. Place items back into warehouse.
• Shipping: Fill tool and material orders from the warehouse, and organize and stage the material and tools on the docks for delivery.
• Tracking: Track tools and materials using electronic bar code system and software or various logs.
• Returns: Organize material returns and work with purchasing agent and accounts payable department to receive credits from vendors. Provide documentation and correspondence to MEI’s vendors for return of tools and material.
• Warehouse: Organization of tools and material, re-stock inventory items. Help with tools when needed. Operate forklift efficiently in the warehouse for material management.
• Deliver/Pickup: Deliver or pick-up tools and material as necessary at project sites.
• Maintain professionalism with co-workers, customers, sub-contractors, vendors, project managers, office, and field staff.
• Maintain positive working relations and open communications with tool department employees, project managers, field supervisors, and external customers.
• Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures established by the Company.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Successful candidate will possess:

• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and professional customer service skills.
• Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to obtain DOT medical card.
