JOB TITLE

Estimator/Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid.
• Execute take-offs of construction documents.
• Input take-offs into computer spreadsheet. Obtain pricing for materials.
• Where predetermined standard(s) are not available, make an estimate.
• Inform supervisor of any inaccuracies or omissions in the plan documents.
• Work closely with sales and management to meet delivery time lines and accuracy.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain resource information on products, vendors, government requirements, etc.
• Attend departmental meetings as required.
• Photocopy documents and plans.
• Offsite training 3 to 5 weeks and possible sporadic travel

Must pass a criminal and background check, and pre-employment drug screen. Overnight travel may be required at times to attend training and Company seminars.

Work Schedule; Monday -- Friday, 7AM-5PM. Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, as workload requires.
