We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our outstanding team at Gene Love!

Summary:

The primary function of this position is to evaluate sewer lines issues resulting from blockage, breakage and root penetration. Coordinate the dig crew to schedule the work based on the customer's preference. This role is key to our organization, our ideal candidate would communicate all options to customers based on pictures, and issues found regarding sewer line malfunctions. The role is to document, demonstrate, and present solutions to non industry professionals - the customer. 

Main Objectives:

  • Listen to needs and objectives of customers
  • Find Sewer replacement solutions that fits the customers’ budget
  • Achieve department sales and profit goals

General Duties:

  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
  • Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
  • Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
  • Create “fans” of customers and encourage online reviews
  • Follow up with customers after the sale
  • Help Inventory Manager order equipment
  • Schedule with customer
  • Help other technicians understand how/ why to refer leads to the department
  • Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions

Any other duties, tasks assigned by the Service Manager or General Manager. In general, whatever it takes to work with the team to make revenue and service goals.

Reports to: Service Manager
Hours: flexible - as needed

Compensation: Salary plus commission on sales

Salary: 500.00 week + 6% commission on jobs costed at 60% or greater GP.
@sales of 325,000 commission moves to 8%

Quarterly bonuses:

  • GP over 60% will accrue quarterly and 50% will be distributed to CC quarterly
  • GP under 60% will accrue quarterly and any deficiencies greater than 5% of sales will be deducted from quarterly distributions

Sales Bonuses:Company Fiscal year

  • Upon reaching department goal: $500.00
  • Every 100,000 after $500.00

Other incentives as management may decide from time to time.

KPI’s:

  • Conversion rate of 40% or greater
  • Overall GM of 65% or greater
