KMA Electric was founded by Kelly Ault in June of 1996, and is licensed by the state of Ohio as an electrical contractor (OH LIC 24420).  KMA Electric is in good standing with the state of Ohio and all municipalities in which it conducts business, as well as has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.

 $18 - $42 pr hr or $34,560-$100,000 a year.

Our paid on the job training program includes ride alongs with our senior electricians, job estimation, as well as proposal writing and speaking confidently with our customers.  We also provide instruction on how to increase efficiency while performing electrical repair and installation services.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Residential - Electrician for Service that wants an opportunity to work with a team that is focused on providing the best client experience possible while making great money and growing their and their teams personal skill set.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience (Residential - Electrical Service)
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening and have a valid driver license
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients
  • Ability to recommend what is in the best interest of the customer and support that recommendation by educating the customer
  • Ability to come to work from the hours of 8AM to 5PM and to work overtime if required to satisfy the customers needs
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to learn new skills
  • Ability to follow the established rules and be accountable for your decisions/actions

What you'll be responsible for:

The essential function of a Residential - Electrician is to run calls, service and install panel and service risers, branch circuits and device change outs etc.  Electricians are also responsible for knowing the NEC code and working within it.  Our electricians are also responsible for maintaining high moral integrity, with a focus on delivering a level of service that far exceeds the customers expectations.  We help educate our customers by explaining the work that is necessary to be performed, presenting the options available to the customer, financing options and expected workflow process.  We train for all parts of the job, and coach our techs to excel at what they do.
