Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative assists suppliers, sales team and customers with order processing and business office administration including account setup,  invoicing and payment processing.

Customer Service Duties include:

  • Take and route customer calls
  • Take customer orders
  • Create A/R Reports
  • Provide Admin Support to Suppliers/Sales Managers/Sales Representatives
  • Process Customer Payments
  • Daily Route Settlement
  • Add and Maintain Customer Records in database
  • Fill daily sample request from sales department

Other Duties include:

  • Prepare supplier bill backs
  • Maintain inventory of all forms and office supplies
  • Website & Social Media Maintenance
  • Supplier Reporting and advance report writing

Skills and Abilities include:

  • One year of Customer Service Experience required.
  • General accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Basic keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of reliability
  • Able to build peer relationships and excel in a team environment
