Lead Installer Requirements:

• 3 years minimum residential installation experience
• Valid Colorado driver's license
• EPA certification
• Knowledge of current building code & proper install procedures
• Strong customer service skills & professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• A high level of integrity                                                             
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to pass background check

Additional Skills/Certifications Desired:

• NATE certification
• Experience with ductless systems, boilers or plumbing
• Maintenance & repair experience
