JOB TITLE: Residential Plumbing Service Technician

REPORTS TO: Plumbing Ops Manager

COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $150,000 DOE , weekly spiff program , eligible for year-end bonus

EDUCATION: Texas Tradesman’s License

EXPERIENCE: 2+ Years required in Residential Plumbing Service

We are searching for a Licensed Residential Plumbing Service Technician who will diagnose, repair and maintain systems and their associated components and complete projects in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ability to perform all aspects of plumbing repairs and installations ranging from simple faucet repairs to tankless water heater installations.
  • Ability to follow diagrams and schematics
  • Ability to work as part of a team and assist others when needed
  • Must have availability to work overtime, night and weekend if required
  • Must have good trouble shooting and excellent diagnostic skills
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ Years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 or over
  • Familiarity, dexterity and ability to use iPhone and iPad
  • Valid TX Driver’s License
  • Able to regularly lift 45 pounds, bend, maneuver, walk, stand and crawl
  • Great customer service skills and neat appearance
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Must be able to pass background test and drug screen
