Job Description

They strive to continue Aiello’s mission of bringing customer-focused, driven, qualified candidates to the team. As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the end to end recruiting process as follows:

  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to bring in perspective candidates.
  • Identify candidates, matching their skills to industry needs.
  • Develop and utilize an internal database to organize potential candidates.
  • Communicate with current team members to identify the perspective needs of each department.
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate wages and other terms of employment with qualified candidates.
  • Schedule pre-employment drug tests and process background checks.
  • Present potential candidates with official offer of employment.
  • Facilitate new hire paperwork and complete new hire orientation to ensure the employee is fully immersed in the Aiello Home Services business and culture.
  • Attend Career fairs and professional meetings.
  • Keep current with trends and gain new knowledge through industry networking.
  • Execute employee recognition programs by playing a role in developing department goals and objectives.

 

 Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or some form of Degree with equivalent experience.
  • Prior internship/work experience in Recruiting or Human Resources.
  • Must be fluent in using Windows, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
