• Starting salary is $15.00 hr. with overtime at 1 ½ times the rate.

Job Duties:

• Studies blueprints and diagrams to determine type and dimension of forms to be constructed.
• Erects Built-in-place forms or assembles and installs prefabricated forms on construction site according to blueprint specifications, using hand tools, plumb rule, and level.
• Inserts spreaders and tie rods between opposite faces of form to maintain specified dimensions.
• Anchors and braces forms to fixed objects, using nails, bolts, anchor rods, steel cables, planks, and timbers.
• Place forms for molding concrete, install reinforcing steel, and convey, pour, finish, and cure concrete.
• Reads specifications sheets for information, such as sizes of aggregates and proportions of cement and water required, to insure that concrete is mixed according to specifications.
• Inspects bracing and shoring of concrete forms to insure their stability before and during pouring.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1-year of previous related experience
• Possess own basic hand tools and protective gear.
• Reliable transportation
• Required to perform task that include heavy lifting of 50 pounds, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and reaching.
