Salary Range: $13.50/HR to $16.50/HR  Wages based on experience and equipment operation skills

Job Description:

We are looking for Experienced Equipment Operators and Laborers with farm, agriculture, and/or landscape background.

These positions will assit in duties such as installing silt fence, hydroseeding, matting, tree planting, and/or grading.  Working knowledge of skid loaders and tractors desirable.  We keep overnight out of town work to a minimum.  Work is seasonal:  approximately March - December depending on weather, 40 - 50 hours per week.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have good work ethic and be able to adapt to a variety of different labor assignments
  • Reliable transportation to work and excellent attendance record
  • Valid Driver's license and clear driving record
  • Must be able to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor
  • Must be able to do required paperwork
