Job Description

This role will provide direct administrative support to the CFO and other executive management on a day to day basis. They will help provide support and oversight with office administrative functions.

 

 

Essential Job Duties

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents as required
  • Design and maintain general databases
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Manage and maintain CFO's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements (as needed)
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings (limited)
  • Liaise with internal staff
  • Interact with external clients
  • Coordinate project-based work
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience providing support at a high level
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software (EX - Word, Excel, Power Point and Quickbooks)
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Accounting and spreadsheet background is also a plus (not mandatory)
