We are currently seeking experienced, dependable and hard-working Maintenance Technicians with previous residential maintenance experience to join our team.  Our maintenance technicians are responsible for completing service requests by diagnosing issues and making repairs in a timely and professional manner.

 

Duties include:

General maintenance of currently occupied apartments
Timely ability to make units ready for move-in
Repair/replacement of all household appliances
Minor carpentry and plumbing
Basic drywall and painting
Heating and cooling repairs/replacements



Position requirements:

Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
Minimum three years of experience in the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, and carpentry
Self starter with the ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to understand and follow direction

Ability to safely and efficiently perform assigned duties

Must have valid driver's license

Must have own hand tools
