Cranney Companies is looking for an upbeat, highly organized, self-motivated individual to become part of our commercial team. We are a well-established Electric, Plumbing, HVAC, and Drain Cleaning company located in Danvers. We are looking for someone to fill a newly created position within the commercial office. This is an entry level position that would be great for a recent graduate. The customer service representative / administrative assistant will be working closely with other administrators and managers to help provide the best customer service possible to our clients.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and who is a team player that can handle multiple calls from customers. This person will need to be great with computers as they will be working with our construction/service software on a daily basis. - Create work orders and purchase orders in our software.
- Greet people visiting the office.
- Make deposits and credit card payments.
- Issue insurance certificates and W-9’s.
- Order office supplies.
- Sign for packages and notify managers of materials received.
- Assist with dispatching, billing, A/R and A/P.
- Back-up for other administrators as needed.

The hours for this position are M-F 8 – 4:30. This is a full time position with benefits.
