Company Overview:
Adolfson & Peterson Construction, a leading general contractor, is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, well organized, dynamic, personable and creative Marketing Coordinator for its office in Tempe, AZ. This position works closely with the firm’s marketing and business development teams while owning the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support our regional and national strategic goals. From concept through execution, this candidate will improve our user experience and keep the brand consistent across all our various touch points.

Responsibilities:
- Writing, editing, proofreading, and designing proposals, qualification documents, reports and presentation materials.
- Maintaining proposal information in CRM (Cosential experience preferred)
- Community outreach, event planning.
- Regional social media efforts.
- Researching and developing leads and project opportunities.
- Maintaining and assisting with development of regional project information database; developing and maintaining regional marketing materials; including project sheets, resumes, firm overviews and other standard firm materials.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Journalism/Communications/English/Business or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong design skills
- Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred but not required
- Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft suites
- Experience and knowledge of proposal process a plus
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and pay close attention to details in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
