We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Representative for the San Leandro CA location. Our ideal candidate will possess an outstanding track record of selling into the contractor, construction and public sector for traffic control equipment and short-to-long term traffic control placement. By offering services to our clients the Sales Representative will help oversee traffic control plans, negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, solicit traffic control equipment sales, while responding and reacting to market conditions and competitor pricing. The Sales Representative will increase sales within revenue guidelines, and plan and organize business strategies to achieve desired results by extensive customer contact and responding to general bidding scenarios.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will need:

· Three to five years of solid outside sales experience ideally in the sales or construction-related rental preferred.
· A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
·Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
· A motivated self-starter with a proven outside sales record of accomplishment.
· A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
