Description: 

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy data entry 
  • Answer and route telephones calls to appropriate personnel from multi-line phone system
  • Update applicant information and tracking throughout hiring process
  • Process pre-employment background checks
  • Schedule and conduct orientation for newly hired employees
  • Maintain HRIS system and ensure accurate data input
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, quickly changing environments
