Job Description
We are currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to service mainly north Harris/Montgomery counties or Walker/Montgomery Counties. Our company would love to have the right service technician join our team. Are you that person? This individual must enjoy helping solve problems for our customers while being a team player in a growing HVAC residential service company. We can't wait for you to join our team if you have five or more years in HVAC, registered with the State of Texas, EPA certified. Nate Certification is a plus, but not a necessity - we'll help you get Nate Certified. Clean driving record and clear background checks are standard operating procedures for us at EASCO.
Job Requirements:
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
- General HVAC installation, repair and services.
- Handle service calls to customers in their homes/commercial properties.
- Utilize customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products and finance options.
- Willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.
- Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
- Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers.
- Must be able to draw simple diagrams.
- Must be available to work On-Call schedule
- Prior experience with Lennox and Trane a plus!
