Job Summary:
Dedicated team leader responsible for work crews, delegating responsibilities, mentoring young workers and ensuring the project is completed successfully.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to multitask, manage high stress situations and resolving issues efficiently.
• Attending daily briefings.
• Overseeing site operations.
• Supervising sub-contractors and other laborer workers.
• Provide consistent leadership, supervision and development to all employees assigned to the role.
• Ordering and following up on site material deliveries
• Responsible for the execution of each project within the safety requirements
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills pertaining to new methods, tools, technology, standards or practices related to the projects the role is assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5-10 years’ experience working as a rough carpenter.
• Minimum of 3 years as a proven successful Lead Carpenter or Senior Tech.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Performing this job requires use of bending, standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
