Job Summary:
This role will support project managers and project engineers with obtaining, coordinating and distributing the information and authorizations required to construct a project on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities will vary from project to project depending on what you are assigned to
• Subcontractor and work force coordination
• Obtain information and approvals for processing of drawings and submittals
• Distribute information required for construction to appropriate parties
• Site and building layout
• Safety paper work and quality control
• Ensure that sub-contractors understand job schedules
• Field production analysis
• Perform other duties as necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
• Demonstrate leadership and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Physical Demands:
• Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
• Performing this job requires use of bending, standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
