We are currently seeking a Jar Technician for our Fishing and Rental Location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Disassembles, evaluates, repairs and assembles fishing jars to ensure they are clean, proper and in good working condition before to sending them out for utilization.
  • Operates magnetic particle inspection.
  • Maintains, calibrates and reads micrometers and dial calipers.
  • Performs maintenance and upkeep to the shop or work area to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, or GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and write, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
  • Must have good mechanical abilities and a basic understanding of work in a shop.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to learn and follow instructions well.
  • Willingness and ability to work extended hours in varied conditions.
