Candidate Description:
Searching for a talented and motivated individual to coordinate and dispatch our team of technicians and take care of our customers. This position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented and able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment to ensure superior service to all our customer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- Receive incoming calls from customer related to service, bills, and other requests
- Maintain scheduled calls on dispatch board, making sure that all call are schedule with the appropriate technician and customer are updated on ETAs
- Communicate with technicians and other departments via email and phone
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointment
- Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
- Maintain all files of Service contracts and associated work orders
- Prepare service invoices and time cards for processing
- Provide customer with maintenance agreement information and pricing
- Learn all software programs utilized in the day to day business operation of the company
Requirements:
- Able to maintain focused on work tasks and customer needs with positive results amid interruption and distractions
- Works well under pressure in a face packed environment
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail Oriented
- Adept Learned
- Proved ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft suits and ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required
